Megol Kaltreiniger 716

megol cold cleaner 716 is a clear, neutral, aliphatic hydrocarbon-based fluid that evaporates without
leaving residue.
The cold cleaner is ideal for dissolving and removing oil, grease, wax and other type of contamination.
It is not aggressive to steel, iron, cast, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. Plastics, elastomers, soft
rubber, etc. should be tested to find their resistance to the product.
Use:
megol cold cleaner 716 is applied in its condition as delivered using a brush, immersion or spray
method, a steam jet unit or washer bar. If it is used in ultrasonic baths, the temperature should not
exceed 38°C. The remaining film is highly volatile in a hot current of air (a cold current of air will also
considerably accelerate the evaporation process).
Fields of application:
As a result of its relatively fast evaporation, megol cold cleaner 716 can be used as an alternative to
halogenated hydrocarbons in many cases for cleaning all conventional metals.

As with all solvent-based cleaners, when using megol cold cleaner 716 you must observe safety rules
ZH1 425 issued by the professional association.
